Telehealth consultations are provided by independent licensed providers and are subject to clinical judgment — not every visit results in a prescription, and providers may determine that an in-person visit is needed. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies; if you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Good To Know
Telehealth FAQ
Is this a replacement for seeing my regular doctor? +
Telehealth is meant to complement, not replace, ongoing care with a primary care provider or dermatologist, especially for complex or chronic conditions. Your provider will let you know if an in-person visit is recommended.
Will I always get a prescription? +
No — prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate, at the provider's discretion. Many plans focus on OTC routines like our GHK-Cu system, Curcumin Mask, or Kojic x Turmeric Pads.
How fast will I hear back? +
Most intakes are reviewed within 24 hours. Care Membership visits receive priority review.
What states is this available in? +
We're expanding state by state as we license providers. You'll see your state's availability at the start of the intake form before you begin.
